Stage 6 - the final stage of the Tour - was from Chipping Norton to Oxford. This time Tina came with me. We chose a spot at a cross-roads at a high point as the riders would come up from Charlbury. Having arrived early we thought we had made a good choice as we were the only ones there. However, by the time the race went past us the place was heaving with people! And then to cap it all the riders were all in one big bunch. Not a single straggler!
