We had travelled up the previous day to stay at the Holly Bush Inn at Greenhaugh.
Our first day was a lovely one. We attempted to go up from Kielder Water to Deadwater Fell. We over-estimated our fitness and stopped just short of the top and subsequently aid the price of aching limbs!
