Day 1 of the holiday was used to travel to our first base for the holiday - the Ship Hotel in Aberdaron. The hotel was really good, our room was big and had a fair view of the beach.
Day 2 was splendid and windy. The hotel is near the beach and we spent some photographing the waves before setting off on a walk around part of the headland to the west, via Porth Meudwy. Plenty of views and lots of wildlife. With a lot of up and down paths we eventually opted to make tracks back to the village by inland routes. Later we took a long walk along the beach to the east.
