Although billed as Dumbleton Men playing Dumbleton Women, the actual match was played between two mixed Dumbleton teams. The consequence was a really fun match - enjoyable for both players and the few spectators. Even the two umpires - one in particular - joined in the fun! Even when it rained the spirits were not dampened, but some pictures made it look like a game played in a snowstorm!
