It was a very cold morning with a hard frost coating everything. The 'Winterwatch' programme on BBC the evening before had shown a monochrome picture of a frost pattern left on a car. This prompted a brief session looking for frost patterns in the garden or on the various cars at the front of the house.

Whilst out with the camera a few more pictures were taken. For some time it has been a plan to create some cloud pictures - 'Equivalents' as Alfred Stieglitz called them. The morning's clouds were not ideal, but I did follow up the idea a bit and also took a few pictures of frost on plants.
