The Men's OVO Energy Tour of Britain Cycle Race came to Pershore for its time trial stage - Stage 6. Tina and I arrived before the start time for the first cyclist and had a chance to wander around the area set aside for the team buses, etc. The route of Stage 6 was from the town centre, out into the countryside before arriving back in the town for the finish. The parts of the route in the town were protected by barriers. Once the trial started we walked from the start point out of town to areas free from barriers and the back in to the finish point.
