Dumbleton Cricket Club played host to Stroud Cricket Club for an ODI match. Dumbleton were batting as I arrived. At about 3.30pm they were all out for 196 after 45 overs.

As the first inning drew to a close I worked my way around the ground to where I had parked the car in the Dumbleton Hall grounds. At the same time a wedding party was making its way on foot from the village church along the drive to Dumbleton Hall. The bride and groom followed in a posh coupe car and stopped just within sight for their photographer to get pictures of the happy trio - bride, groom and car. I couldn't resist getting back into wedding mode!

I left before the match had ended, but subsequently found out that Stroud won by five wickets, having need just over 45 overs to reach the target set by Dumbleton.
